Sustainable Business Strategies: Aligning Your Business with the U.N. SDGs

Speakers:

  • Bruce Alexander, Senior Manager, Strategic Environmental Analysis, Exelon Corporation
  • Michele Wucker, Founder, Gray Rhino & Company, and Best Selling Author.
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were adopted by all United Nations member states in September 2015. These goals are a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity by 2030.  Successfully accomplishing this bold plan requires the participation and input of government, business, and civil society.
Our speakers will discuss why corporate leaders are integrating social and environmental strategies into their operations, products, and services and how corporations measure risk beyond financial results. They will also share practical approaches to risk mitigation and assessments in the era of environment, social and governance outcomes.
