Join the CR Group of Chicago as we continue the conversation we began in June on Diversity and Inclusion lead by Dorri McWhorter, CEO, YWCA Metropolitan Chicago; this time focusing on immigrants’ increasing role in the workforce and business’s role in creating an inclusive environment. Studies indicate that the U.S. working-age population decline that became apparent in 2015 will continue for several more decades. The country’s future economic growth and competitiveness will depend on new entrants to the labor market, and those entrants will increasingly be foreign born.
